Rating:  - The Best Ever Eye Shadow Primer!!
I have used this primer for many years and have recommended it to others who have also become addicted. There isn't another product, in my opinion, that even comes close to Urban Decay's primer. Holds shadow all day and does not make your eye lids looked wrinkled and I am over 60. Don't waste your money on other primers, just go directly to the Urban Decay display! You won't be sorry!!!

Works just as advertised. My eye shadow stays on all day. Period. It also makes colors more vivid, so I don't need to use as much eye shadow. The bottle looks really cool, too.

Absolute best primer out there! Nothing I have tried has worked as good as this Primer - neutralizes lid and has SUPER staying power! Makes my eyeshadows look their best and perform to my standards. Love it Love it Love it don't know how I ever lived without it!

This stuff is amazing. I've been using it for a few years now. It makes any eye shadow (even the dollar stuff) look deeper and more vibrant with NO creasing! And you don't have to use much of the primer to get a good base so it will last and you totally get your money's worth. Trust me, you'll be addicted!

When I purchased this item off of EBAY I was fortunate to get 2 of them. Both brand new (nothing dried up or watery about either of them). When I first tried it, I was amazed. I "test wore" it around the house. It lasted all day long, until I washed it off that night.
